Vivian Shen is professional in Micro-blading and Eyelashes Extension, the business started in NYC and later move to Sacramento in 2015. As one of the earliest female artist doing semi-permanent makeup in Sacramento region, she has developed personalized skin management techniques, and holds very high credit in the local community. Many of her students are also working in the same industry today. The practice is doing makeup for thousands of people every year, her mission is to cherish the natural beauty and create the most beauty memories to people.
